Abstract
Archival materials, representing field records of the members of Ethnographic Commission of All-Ukrainian Academy of Sciences are suggested to the reader’s attention. They are executed in the 1920s–1930s on the territory of the present time Luhansk region (former Voroshylovhrad oblast). The materials concern to family and calendar rites, social life and customs, world-view concepts of the inhabitants of the indicated region. The results of these expeditionary studies are kept in the Archival Scientific Foundations of Manuscripts and Phonographies of M. Rylskyi Institute of Art Studies, Folkloristics and Ethnology, Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences (ASFMP M. Rylskyi IASFE).
